No. We do not lock the door to any of the rooms. You are always able to leave for any reason.

Yes! All escape room bookings are private. We will never mix groups inside the escape rooms.

You can always show up, but we strongly recommend that you make a booking in advance. Please remember that there is absolutely no guarantee that the escape room you want will be available unless you book prior to arrival.

No, but we offer the option to pre-pay online with any credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay upon arrival, simply e-mail us at unlockedott@gmail.com and we will create a booking for you.

The kids mode for our games is designed for players 8+. Younger players are allowed to participate but the game will be too difficult for them to complete without a guardian present.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your start time to process your booking and to get your team prepped for the adventure. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes.

If you paid online a full refund will be issued as long as you give 6 hours notice in case of cancellation. If you paid for more players than will actually show up you will be issued a refund for the no-show players. Full refund with less notice may be given for extenuating circunstances.

SuperHEIST, The Victorian Vampire, and Ye Olde Toy Factory (our seasonal room) are fully bilingual rooms. The instruction before the room may be delivered in English. Please make a note when booking if you want French clues and we will do our best to dedicate a bilingual game host, however, this is not guaranteed.

The minimum booking fee is $46.00 + tax which is equal to 1 adult and 1 child playing any escape room. While children under 7 are free to join a group of adults a group with 1 adult and 1 under 7 will be charged the minimum booking fee of $46.00. 

We do our best to design rooms that are physically accessible to everyone (full-sized doors, no crawlspaces, etc) however please note that we are on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.
